How we work: Our team will conduct your assessment. Prior to your appointment we send you our detailed intake form with questions about your case. Once paperwork is reviewed our team conducts an evaluation via Telehealth appointments. Your appointment consists of an intake review and an assessment of your emotional status. Once the assessment is completed, a report is created. Each report includes diagnoses and our plan of care. Every evaluation is written to meet the needs of each unique client. If you are applying for VAWA, Asylum, U Visa, T Visa, Waivers, Cancellation of Removal or Extreme Hardship it is our goal to show in your report how your psychiatric conditions relate to your immigration status.

Psychiatric Evaluations for Immigration cases:

U Visa (Victim of a Crime)

VAWA Petition (Violence Against Women's Act)
