Virtual Evaluations

How we work: Mrs. Revutsky has a team that conducts evaluations via Telehealth appointments. An appointment consists of an intake and an assessment. Once the assessment is completed, a report is created. Each report includes diagnoses and our plan of care. Every evaluation is written to meet the needs of each unique client.
